3 Fun & Spooky Treat Recipes for Halloween

Skip the store bought candy this year and swap it for a fun, family-friendly homemade treat instead! We put together three simple recipes using some of our most loved Munk Pack snacks to make this Halloween your most delicious one yet. Each recipe has only 3-4 ingredients and takes just a few minutes to make. Keep reading to discover your favorite! 

Snickerdoodle Spider Bites

These spider bites are not to be feared! Make these cute cookie bites with the kiddos as a better-for-you treat this Halloween. With just 3 ingredients, these are super easy to make with even the smallest of hands. 

What you’ll need: (Makes 6)
How to make it: 
  1. Use a cookie cutter (or a tablespoon) to cut out 3 small circles from each Protein Cookies
  2. Break the pretzels into small pieces to use as the legs
  3. Poke 3 pretzel pieces into each side of the Protein Cookie 
  4. Finally, add 2 eye sprinkles to the top 
  5. Tip: If the eyes are not sticking, you can use a little maple syrup to secure them!

Keto Peanut Butter Cups

Skip the tricks this year and TREAT yourself with these delicious Keto Peanut Butter Cups! These DIY peanut butter cups provide a bite of nutrition with our Peanut Butter Keto Granola Bar as the base. 

What you’ll need: (Makes 12)
How to make it: 
  1. Place cupcake liners in a cupcake tin
  2. Unwrap and break Keto Granola bars into 3 pieces
  3. Press granola bar down into the cupcake liners
  4. Add 1 tsp coconut oil and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl; melt in 30 second intervals at 50% power until completely melted and creamy
  5. Divide peanut butter mixture evenly into cupcake liners; place into the freezer for 8-10 minutes to harden
  6. Add 1 tsp coconut oil and the chocolate chunks into a microwave safe bowl; melt in 30 second intervals at 50% power until completely melted and creamy
  7. Evenly divide the chocolate on top of the peanut butter mixture; place into the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set
  8. Unwrap and enjoy! Place leftovers in a glass container and place in the fridge or freezer for up to a week

Peanut Butter Keto Candy Corn Bites

We love this fun DIY twist on candy corn! This recipe has only three ingredients and takes just a few minutes to make. 

What you’ll need: (Makes 6)
How to make it: 
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and the dark chocolate chunks in the microwave in separate bowls for 30 second intervals until creamy
  2. Cut each Peanut Butter Keto Granola Bar into 3 triangles
  3. Dip the bottom of the triangles in the dark chocolate and the top of the triangles in to the white chocolate and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to let chocolate cool
  5. Treats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
