This dessert pizza is perfect for those of you who want a sweet, easy snack that’s a little different. Simply prepare the following:

  • ⅓ cup sliced almonds or any nut of your choice

Place in the refrigerator for an hour or in the freezer for 15 minutes. Allow to set. Remove from the pan and top it off with yogurt, berries, and almonds. Add coconut flakes for taste.

DIY Apple Cranberry Refresher

On warm summer days, this refreshing drink is perfect to cool things down. Alternatively, you could serve this as a warm beverage during the cold winter months. Here’s what you need:

  • 1 apple cinnamon tea bag
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1½ cups of boiling water
  • 2 tbsp cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp allulose

All you need to do is to place the green tea bag and apple cinnamon tea bag in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the bags and let the tea cool. Pour the tea into a large glass, add ice, and stir in the cranberry juice and allulose. Bonus tip: This drink is best paired with a Caramel Sea Salt Keto Nut & Seed Bar.

Gingerbread Latte

Although this drink is typically reserved for the holidays, it’s so yummy we love to enjoy it all year round. Make sure you have the following in your pantry:

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 shot of coffee (you can use nespresso if you have one at home)
  • A dash of nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp allulose or molasses (an optional sweetener)

Get a small saucepan and whisk together ¾ of the cup of non-dairy milk, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, coffee, and sweetener of your choosing. Use a milk frother to froth the remaining ¼ cup of milk. Pour the mixture into a mug and top it off with the foamy milk. You can enjoy this drink while snacking on a Protein Cookie from Munk Pack.
