In his free-time he can be found backpacking, camping, climbing, and more recently, mountain biking. [/full_width] [one_half padding=”15px 15px 15px 15px”]Why are adventures so important?

For me, every trip to the mountains is a chance to see something new, challenge myself, and recharge from a week of hectic work. There’€™s a certain thrill from putting yourself in situations where you’€™re not completely comfortable.

What’s your go-to adventure?

In winter, I snowshoe or XC ski into a backcountry campsite somewhere. Winter is a great time to visit places that are crawling with tourists in the summer.[/one_half] [one_half_last padding=”15px 15px 15px 15px”]Any advice for adventure seekers?

Make the most of your weekends. Many people have the perception that I just travel all the time or do photography and camping for work. In actuality I’€™m working 40/50/60+ hours a week in a city.

When you’€™re committed to getting out and adventuring, you can find a way. It usually involves 4am wake up calls, lots of caffeine, sacrificing sleep, long drives, and unforgettable memories.[/one_half_last]
