Munk Pack Protein Cookie Recipes

Fourth of July is right around the corner (and, in our opinion, the official start of summer, yay!). Not only are we excited for all of the fun summer festivities on our calendar, but we wanted to share some quick, easy, no-bake recipes filled with Munk Pack treats — perfect for your Independence Day celebration, or any party this summer! Because if celebrating friends and family with sweet, nutritious treats isn’t summer, then we don’t know what is!

So go ahead, start igniting those campfires and pull out your ice cream scoop! We have three delicious 4th of July recipes that are foolproof for upcoming summer fun.

Protein Cookie Parfait

Double Dark Chocolate Strawberry Parfait


1 Munk Pack Double Dark Chocolate Protein Cookie, crumbled

⅓ cup almond milk yogurt

⅓ cup diced strawberries

1-2 teaspoons of melted dark chocolate (optional)


In a small bowl or cup, layer almond yogurt, crumbled protein cookie, and strawberries. For an extra sweet treat, top it off with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate!

We love these parfaits for early mornings or a mid-afternoon pick me up. It’s perfect for on-the-go or for a laid-back snack break.

4th of July Cookie Kebobs

Cookie Kabobs


A handful of skewers

1 Munk Pack Double Dark Chocolate Protein Cookie (or any other flavor you think would pair great. We love these with our Peanut Butter Protein Cookies too!)

A handful of vegan marshmallows (we used a few marshmallows per skewer)

Lots of your favorite fresh fruit — strawberries, blueberries and raspberries work great

Directions: Get your marshmallows a little toasty over an evening campfire, or place them on a cookie sheet and throw them under the broiler for a just a few minutes (1-2 ½ minutes tops!). Slice up some fresh fruit and Protein Cookies (have some fun with it an use a cookie cutter to feature cool shapes!). Slide your ingredients onto a skewer and enjoy!

Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches


2 Munk Pack Protein Cookies —  choose your favorite flavor!

1-2 scoops of your favorite plant-based ice cream (we love coconut milk ice cream!)

Directions: This one is pretty self explanatory, but we’ve found zapping the protein cookies in the microwave for a few seconds is a game changer for this soft-baked cookie and ice cream sandwich!
